Prerequisite(s): University Advanced Standing and ENGL 2010. Teaches the concepts of experience design (EXD) and how EXD principles can be applied by business leaders at any level of an organization. Provides information on the five aspects of employee experience including Having a Clear Company Mission, Vision, and Values; Having the Right People in the Right Roles; Providing Sufficient Resources; Creating a Healthy Work Environment; and Promoting Supportive Work Relationships. Teaches how to implement these principles through data-backed research, real-word case studies, and creating an employee experience plan for a hypothetical company. Emphasizes the importance of employment branding, instructs on the facets of employer brands, and teaches the tools and channels companies can use to implement and measure their brand.
